The Alliance for Automotive Innovation’s Annual Technology Showcase is returning to Washington, DC June 9, 2026. The showcase will be held at Audi Field, rain or shine.
The event brings together the automotive innovators, visionaries and disruptors redefining personal transportation for the next generation and beyond.
Join Auto Innovators as it presents a collection of transformative automotive technologies to federal policymakers and regulators.
Meet these innovators from across the country – auto manufacturers; suppliers; software companies; and electric vehicle battery, semiconductor, and autonomous vehicles producers – who will all be on hand to demonstrate and educate policymakers on the technologies delivering cleaner, safer and smarter vehicles.
This year’s event will feature a Mobility Campus, organized into themed zones to guide attendees through the evolving transportation ecosystem.

This session will delve into the key steps required to advance autonomous vehicle (AV) deployment in the United States. It will examine how government and industry can collaborate to address safety concerns, streamline approval processes, and foster innovation. The discussion will tackle critical challenges, such as balancing safety with innovation, and provide actionable recommendations for regulators to help accelerate AV adoption while building public trust.

Audi Field is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium located in the Navy Yard neighborhood of Washington, D.C., and the home stadium for D.C. United, a Major League Soccer (MLS) team, and the DC Defenders, a United Football League (UFL) team.
