The Alliance for Automotive Innovation provided comments to EPA generally agreeing that the conditions of use identified by the agency appropriately cover ongoing automotive uses. These comments also recommend that the agency ensure conditions of use are assessed and designated appropriately and that EPA use a de minimis threshold of 0.1% to align with global best practices for identifying uses of concern.
