Connecticut is considering changes to the CHEAPR, EV rebate program, many of which are statutorily required. As part of these considerations, Connecticut sought public feedback, and Auto Innovators' comments are attached. At the high level, we look for ways to keep the rebates as unrestricted and widely available to all plug-in and fuel cell electric vehicles, as possible.
