On September 20, 2024, Auto Innovators submitted a follow-up letter to NHTSA as part of the Association’s continued engagement in advance of the agency’s upcoming NPRM on updates to the existing Early Warning Reporting (EWR) requirements. This letter is a follow up to a meeting with NHTSA staff on July 25, 2024, which focused primarily on the industry comments that were submitted in response to the NHTSA EWR Report to Congress.
